Collections

If you’re pre-ordering your plants online, you’ll be asked to choose a collection time and location that suits you. Just bring along your order number and our shop team will have your order ready. Alternatively we can arrange a courier for your delivery, please contact us for more information and costs.

Returns

As we sell natural products, there may be some variation from what you see on the website. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order, please email shop@plantdesigns.co.uk and we’ll try our best to sort the issue for you. You can see our full returns information here.
